Freight rates and capacity are the main headlines this month,
with excess ocean space capacity from the Far East into Europe and
lower freight rates almost daily, the Bunker Surcharge (Fuel) which is
reducing at a slower rate, the strengthening US dollar which has
increased landed costs together with the increase in the UK terminal
charges that have risen for the first time in 21 years.
