We are committed to continual improvement and customer satisfaction. We not only meet all the standard requirements, we also strive to achieve any other accreditations which will help us deliver higher standards of customer service.

We have been certificated as an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) by HM Revenue and Customs after proving that our operations are safe and secure and compliant with Customs procedures. This accreditation means that our customers' shipments are less likely to face Customs intervention and delays than those shipments handled by companies that have not achieved AEO status.

We constantly review our procedures to ensure both compliance is maintained and that best practice is spread throughout the company. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has awarded us an ISO 9001:2008 certificate in recognition of our quality management system.

To gain ISO certification, we were required to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide a product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The aim is to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Supply Chain Management Award 2011, BIFA (British International Freight Association) Freight Service Awards

We won this award after helping publisher Wolters Kluwer to reduce the costs of its supply chain by $400,000 per annum by adapting our eDC software to give the publisher - and now the rest of the publishing industry - the visibility it needs to ship books direct from China.

Ocean Freight Award 2010, BIFA (British International Freight Association) Freight Service Awards

We won the award for our project ensuring customers can 'ship fewer containers'. They achieve this by utilising our container configuration software services and our slip sheet product, which allow them to load more product per container and so reduce the number of containers they need to move each year.
