We have experienced a failure with our customs server this week-end and the link to UK customs. Unfortunately this has meant we have been unable to customs clear import arrivals over the week-end.

Engineers have been on site all week-end rectifying the problem but it does mean there will be some unavoidable delays in processing import cargo.

We apologise for the delay in delivering your cargo and we will send out a further bulletin early on Monday morning with an update regarding this situation.
